I got this Omega Speedmaster from a relative and I'm not sure of the price and the model of it.
If anyone can help to identify this watch and give me a rough estimate of the price.
Thanks

Straight lug Speedmaster most likely a 105.003 prduced between 1963 and 1965

Hands have been painted red, one pusher is missing lume loss on the dial. Hands and dial could be repainted / relumed by a specialist

Still quite valuable maybe around 6000 USD

My initial impression was lipstick on a pig.

However, get rid of the lipstick and attend to the rest of the issues and it will be a rather nice watch.

You need to seek out a restoration specialist who can bring this back to life and add a great deal of value to it.

Where are you located?

@saba This has potential to be a really nice watch if you are prepared to spend money on it. Where are you located?

Without movement pictures I would be careful. Can be a mayor money pit. The start/stop pusher missing including the pusher base? Something deliberate springs to mind.....
