·C case Constellation ref 168.017.The serial suggests it's c.1965/66 however, that seems early for a C-case.
The dial has been refinished so it makes me wonder whether it had significant water damage resulting in both the dial being repainted and the movement swapped.

1966 would be roughly correct for the date.
