    It’s for the Ottoman market. Those numerals are Ottoman numerals from the beginning of the 20th century.

    Here are a few more, from various makers. I’ve seen a few mareketed from London.

    @Syrte is spot on. The dial is referred to as "Ottoman" style and was produced by a number of makers for the Ottoman Empire market and may have been contemporary up to the end of the empire in 1922.

    Your case is dated to around 1910 (give or take a year or two). The movement looks to me like a variant of a caliber 19''' LOB (for Lépine, Omega, B grade) which was the origin of the name of the brand (Omega) and was introduced in 1894.

    The dial looks original but I think the hands are later replacement.
