So I am trying to find a couple pairs of Adidas. I don’t think they are like limited editions or collectibles. They are currently sold out on the website but online chatting with customer service (which I think was a bot) I couldn’t discern if they are simply sold out, discontinued, out of season etc.

1st Samba OG clear brown
2nd indoor super shoe clear brown.

So just trying to figure out if it’s pointless to keep searching or I should wait for restocking or just wait for eBay or something

I heard an online rumor that Adidas was trying to control the distribution of Stan Smith models to make them more desirable. This could be drifting into other lines as well. Not sure if it's true, but I have noticed that Amazon's stock of Stan Smith sneakers has greatly decreased in the last several months.

 

Oh, so it’s the Adidas x Rolex limited edition collaboration

 

...and "poor" Stan Smith only makes 50 Cents on a pair. If that's true about Adidas he should also ask for a raise on that share.

I joined this forum to learn and discuss unnecessary expensive watches. Since joining I’ve seen threads that convinced me I also need to get into...
- rare and exclusive knives (no clue what for, but they look cool?)
- multiple fancy pieces of audio equipment to play vintage vinyl
- rare guns from a by-gone era
- now modern sneakers as well?
