Hi all!
I need your help with this Omega Seamaster Beefy Lugs watch, Ref. 2846-3 SC.
Price: 960€

I would like to buy this watch, but I don't know if this watch is the right one. Is it possible that the crown does not conform to the clock?
I'm afraid he's a franken…
What do you think?
Your opinion would help me a lot!

The crown is indeed supposed to be a quad-groove clover type, with flat foot "Omega" logo. It's pretty easy to find a modern service replacement for these, but finding an original gold-filled one may be harder.

The case condition is not that great, and IMO the watch is overpriced by at least 30% because of it. The dial is original and nice though, with a light patina. The watch doesn't appear to be a franken in the conventional sense.

Like I said, this crown is not the correct type.

The bezel may also be cracked at 3:14. Hard to tell though.
