路The assay stamps will give you the year the case was assayed. I believe the LW would be the case maker. I think that will be about as close to age of the watch you will get. Looks like a generic Swiss movement of the time. That,s all I have. Here is a very basic description of repeaters.

路Assay marks read as London, 1947. LW in that form doesn't show up in my list of maker's marks. It's probably too late to be Louis Weill but it's possible. Can't identify the movement.
Edit: what's the second button (nearest the crown)? Is it s stop seconds or is it a pin set movement, and thus likely to have been re-cased?
