From this auction? The watch doesn't work, no movement photo, the case is beat up, dial has been repainted by someone who recalled from memory how it should look like. If it's a gold case, it's worth whatever the scrap gold value is. I wouldn't even bother.

But do you think it's original? I would buy it to restore it, for that price it's very attractive

You're looking at a beat up case that's not very attractive and a movement that will need a full service. Without a photo of the movement and the case back, hard to tell what to expect. You'll also need to source a crown (probably not that hard) and a dial, the hardest. That dial is repainted, so not the original design that came with the watch.

It may look like so, until you need to spend $100+ for a good dial, $40-70 for a crown, and a bunch for the movement service. In my opinion this isn't a watch that's worth spending money on restoring, even if you got it for free.

I believe it is a fake. The worn case back has the classic triangle around the Omega logo.

That one appears to be genuine. But it’s very different from the original watch you were asking about. This one is a quartz movement while the other is a mechanical one ( though I think it’s a fake one too). It will be better if you look around some posts in the forum and see what models you like and then hunt for one you like in good condition. In the process you will slowly learn how to spot a fake( obvious ones atleast), what to look for in the condition of the watch, its service, upkeep etc. Looking and learning about the references is half the fun. But I completely get wanting to buy the 1st “omega”. Been there, done that.

The bracelet is not original to the watch.
Wow, I certainly wouldn't pay attention to that detail, but is the watch itself original in your opinion?

The watch and the bracelet are Omega, yes. They just don't belong together.

So the bracelet belongs to another model?

Correct. If we could see the printing on the inside of the bracelet clasp, it would help to narrow it down.

This watch has what’s called an integrated bracelet which fits properly in the case notch you can see that the bracelet you show is too small there is a gap

Here’s a screenshot of similar ref showing properly fitting bracelet. From eBay listing

The problem with buying watch with integrated bracelet is you need to be sure it fits as extra links are often unavailable for these. And finding entire bracelet very unlikely.

Using my Google-fu, it looks like an AS 1130 movement from the 1950s. That Omega engraving was done by the owner's 5 year old. Run!
