Price is too high for a beat up watch with a dirty movement and a skimmed caseback.

Movement is a little tired, price isn’t bad for a daily watch. Will need to spend approximately half of the price again to service.
Do you good as a starter watch once serviced.

Worth it as someone new Yes
Going to be worth anything more than what you paid No
Enjoyment of ownership Yes

I would buy a Seamaster from the same era for a little bit more

But it might need a service now, unless the seller tells you , it was serviced. Looks like s nice watch. So, you are in Canada and the watch as well ? No taxes on top of it? Then it is a go for me.
