I like this Jaeger vintage. Second opinion?

I happend to win this vintage at $650. To me, the seller looks unhappy with the price, because he never reply my question about shipping. (I cannot pay before he specify shipping quote.)

without any knowledge, I liked this one because of its movement. I’d like to know about models having this movement so that I can search for more.

Anyhow, did I pick it up for good price? (so the seller never respond?) Should I be more proactive and force eBay and seller to close the deal or should I just let it slip? (the seller never respond to my question for a week)
