I like my Seamaster so much that I'm thinking about selling my Tag and buy a second Omega

Keef, absolutely do this! I bought an SMPc very shortly after buying my 8900 PO, as I wanted a smaller thinner watch as well. I got the SMPc for a very very good price used.

I'm looking to put a 1610/930 bracelet onto it. If you did this I think it would look significantly different to your newer SMP - the perfect pair imo. Defo get rid of the tag. I don't dislike it, but the SMPc 2500d is still a lovely watch. Stick an adjustable clasp on it too and they are superb. I'll be wearing mine today at work.

Omega makes such great watches that I am tempted to sell my Tag Heuer Aquaracer and buy a older Diver Seamaster in black to replace it..

I like the older Seamaster 2500D as a second watch for the following reasons.

It's less expensive than the new Seamaster.
I like having a second watch that is smaller in size than the new one.
There is a big reduction in weight with the older version..
It looks nicer than my Tag Heuer.

That would be a nice upgrade! 👍
