    Just been watching a quiz show on TV.
    Two contestants, one question.
    What does a chronometer measure?
    Contestant one, Earthquakes.
    Contestant two, Thickness.

    Ah sh!t!
    So that's why my soft boiled eggs are always as hard as a rock!

    Note to self, return the Seismometer, it's no good for timing when the crust on my flan rises, or any other culinary task.
