But since the last couple of days I seem to have got the spark back again. And I have a theory. I have got a new phone and suddenly pictures are getting better. The pics makes me feel for the watches again. Strange how things happen. Suddenly I long for tomorrow and the next watch to wear and photograph - instead of just going thru the motions without much enthusiasm (and posting the same pictures for years).
Welcome back @styggpyggeno1 Great photos, the watches look beautiful. So what new phone have you got?
Thank you all above! I really do not know. It is a black one that my work provides me with. (...checking...) It says Galaxy S9 and Duos.
Great shots! I also noticed that the logo on the first watch is not perfect, I thought my Conny was only one
I always thought you did those amazing wristshots with a DSLR and a second person shooting under lights or something, nobody I know does wristshots with a phone that well
With a larger sensor camera (APS-C or full frame) it's hard to get a sharp image because the depth of field is much smaller. Phones make better shots.
Haha! I wrote this here in 2016: "I have even been asked about “what equipment and lighting” I use and some actually seem to believe I know what I am doing. I then always have to confess my modus operandi. I get in the car, go to work, park, then get the phone out of my pocket, pull out the crown on the watch and put the hands to happy hour (ten to two or ten past ten for all you noobs)… and fire away. That is my “equipment and lighting” " edit. To add to that - I do not use any "filters" but I do resize the pictures before posting them - centering the watch in the picture.
Thanks for sharing those beautiful pics- they’re quite amazing. I too had thought you were using a real camera up until now.
