Hello Omega fans and experts,

First of all, thanks for accepting me in this wonderful forum, the amount of information and expertise here is a dream come true.

I have one question for all of you vintage guys out here:
I found this http://www.passions.com.sg/v2/watch...ailed-turler-automatic-date-ref35945000-steel watch in a shop near my home in kuala Lumpur, I fell in love with the watch...
But do you guys think its worth the price? How do you see, that it is a merger between two classics?

Thanks a lot for the time to take a look at it!
Cheers,
Viktor

Hello Viktor, and welcome to OF. Just as an FYI, you might get more responses if you post images instead of just a link, since it is easier for people to see the watch that way.

I am not really an expert on these models, but the condition looks really good to me. My only quibbles would be some missing lume dots on the dial and minor polishing on the lugs. I find it very appealing, and the Turler double-signature does add some value. Also, the dealer says the watch is serviced, and it has a one-year warranty. Converted into USD, the price is $1217. This is on the high side for a Seamaster DeVille, but it seems that you would be getting an excellent watch, completely ready to wear. Please wait for the true experts to add their opinions, since I may be missing some issues.

it's in good condition, if it wasn't in good condition weren't watches like these going for around 500-600 USD ?

Yes, you pay extra for a watch that it is in good condition and serviced with a 1-year warranty from a dealer. Everyone has their own comfort zone.

Well first all, thank you all!! I did not expect so many answers so fast. Really great.
I got the seller down to around 1000$ and I think I'll soon be with my new Omega classic.
Looking forward to more interesting discussions with y'all!
Cheers
