Great story!

Was a bit concerned how soft/hard the crew capsule landing was going to be seeing it descended at 15mph, but it was so soft in the end.

to revive this thread, Jeff Bezos and crew just successfully launched and landed the blue origin capsule this morning wearing Speedmasters.
Apparently they were engraved to commemorate the launch (and successful landing!)
such a cool time to be alive!

Just a cross check what level of consumerism is allowed on a watch forum which features watches in the £1k to £15k range ..... better things / more noble things we should spend our money and time on... or is it part of the round

Sarcasm incoming:
I wish the mods would crack down on these new accounts post farming. Clearly fake photos. The Blue Origin flight isn't even supposed to fly until July!

In all seriousness, fantastic choice, and great read! Thank you!

Yeah, I noticed their watches too!! Nice choice!

Not quite as cool, but the lasers I sell are on that rocket too for the Navigational LiDAR landing gear! Thank goodness it landed back on the pad safely and upright, otherwise it would have been really bad PR! Lol.

Wow!! I do see a problem that you have made for yourself though and other new members.
How on earth (or in space for that matter) are you going to be able to keep up the quality and inventiveness of your future posts, and how is any new member supposed to equal this post for their first post?
Great post and congrats.

Wow cool post
Amazon edition lol
Rolex once did a run with Dominos Pizza logo on the dial. Those things are worth an awful lot these days; I wouldn’t bet against Omega cashing in on this little event.
