Looks okay from that distance but I'd want to see close ups of the movement and dial before I make a definitive statement.

    Real, yes.

Have you done a google search of the reference number inside the case back to look at other examples?

@efauser, are you all right? No posting guidelines or remarks about doing research first? ;)

Maybe an end-of-week cocktail has mellowed him a bit :whistling:

White/silver background on dial looks incredible super clean in photos, given the apparent oxidation on hands/markers and on inner rim of bezel and brassing on movement. . . could it have been cleaned? Minute marks around 7pm not all perfectly sized. . .. not sure. . Sorry not knowledgable enough on this model. Concur with image matching several examples. . . almost took good to be true?

I think that's exactly why @efauser responded how he did. You have been here a while. And I think @ConElPueblo is just taking a jab at @efauser because he's usually the first to troll newbies.

All good. I've been around @watchdaddy1 for a while on a couple of sites. I'd give him shit but his artwork intimidates me.

Been searching few images for you, it is hard to tell from your one shot of the hands, but in other photos, the hands should both have inlaid lume. . I cannot tell from reflection on your photo if your minute hand has inset lume or is a different shape. . . I found a sold reference image of the seamaster ref 14759, from 1961 on www.blackbough.co.uk if that helps.

hmmm......., that is a maybe a $ 400 plus dress watch. why asking , if the crystal is still the first crystal? has nothing to do with the value. if you want one, have one with the symbol installed for $ 60 or less. sometimes all that scrutiny makes no sense for these minor issues. you like it = you buy it = you wear it & you are happy. have a good weekend. kind regards. achim
