I do not understand this Seamaster 120, ideas?

HI, see below. In NL this Seamaster 120 is for sale. But it has a 630 cal and I cannot make the match with the case/calibre. Is this an original combination? I only see a date version in this combination. It is a 535007 case. What do I miss? Or 100% genuine?

The 535 case number and use of the small 630 movement means it is a ladies watch, does that help shed light?
