Nothing going wrong with the occasional redial, if the watch is otherwise worth it. And some of the old redials are very good
I completely agree with very rare watches. In some cases it's better to have an example than no example at all. This I have an original dial for and I got 10% cashback on eBay.
Nice save! Nasty: I'm not sure about the crown. Friday feeling: I wish I could afford the gold ones...
The crown probably isn't original but it looks ok on the watch. For the price I paid I can't complain. Not everything is a nos 2915...
I'm breddy shure Wadsworth made the cases for these Movados. Those lugs are so nice. This one is 34mm, yes? I think Truman Capote wore one of these.
Nasty comment: what were you smoking when you pulled the trigger?! Other comment: can you share what you were smoking? Seriously though...nice catch!
Is this 32mm or 34mm? That entire watch looks to be in stellar condition - I really like those faceted lugs - very pretty. I've a couple of these in 14k but was never able to find one I like in SS.
Nothing wrong with a well done redial Redials have a place in restoring watches. If a dial is so far gone you may not have another choice finding a donor dial is not always possible
It's about 34. While Wadsworth did make some cases this one was made by a Swiss case maker. Gotta love the squirrel 14k.
Thanks, this one is 32mm. For me thats ok, obviously a 34 or 36mm is more watch. In general, Movado watches really balances the dial and case in a good way.
