IWC Automatic, black dial from 1958.

I bought this watch in 2003 and have worn it three times-once to the IWC museum where it got some nice comments from the watchmaker.
As you can see the case is very sharp and the pie pan type dial is excellent.

Calibre 8531
Movement No. 1465757 (1958)
Case No. 1446947 (1958)

Movement is in good shape, I don't believe it's ever been serviced, but you can see it needs one if you want to wear it, see pictures.
I've allowed for that in the price.
Price: £1300 to include insured postage.

I am in Dorset (UK) and would prefer a face to face pretty much anywhere in the South of England but will post.

I really love it, looks great. Maybe a straight on shot of the dial would help? Please and thank you .

A couple of requests for better dial pictures and these are the best I can manage with the 'phone. The dial looks flat in these, it isn't.

Lots of likes and nice comments but no offers so far so another bump and a reminder, this is a 1958 watch in very nice condition with a classic steel case and black dial.

Madness - this piece is terrific. And the opportunity to visit Dorset (England) to collect as well!
