The center seconds chrono hand and the minute recorder are, IMO, wrong. I have doubts about the hour and minute hands. The date hand (maybe not noticeable in pictures) is red as it should.
The crown is a replacement. The (faded) dial looks good.
The case is the ref. 22245 with 37 mm and doesn't look polished.
The caliber is the 285 (i think).
How wrong i am and how wrong is the watch?

The brush pattern on the case would lead me to believe that it has been polished to some degree.

The hour and minute hands seem appropriate to me. I see no reason why they would be thought conclusively to be replacements. Dial does look original, as well as all the hands, save the chrono seconds and the minute counter, as you say. Crown does look replaced. Pushers look a bit cattywampus.

Just saw this now! If you read this on time please DO NOT GO FOR THIS! The watch has been clearly re-cased. That case is NOT original UG, the caseback is, not the case. I noticed immediately from the 1st picture that the case had a strange look/shape, but as I looked at the otehr picture it became apparent and obvious. Same thing for the pushers, they are wrong and not original.
The watch I am 100% sure was originally cased in a much smaller case, probably 33mm or so: you can tell this because the case back is way too small for this case, the case protudes outside the case back way too much. Also the case appears too bew and unpolished for a watch with that dial. All hands a part from central second and minute chrono hads are original, and dial too...but that is about it!
