How to value my Omega Seamaster “Soccer Timer” 145.016?

I read Ashley Budgen's lovely review on the "Soccer Timer" here. I am unfortunately selling my 145.016 which is in wonderful condition. Ashley said to ask for market value on the forum, so that's what I am doing. I realize something is only worth what one person is willing to pay. The hour and seconds hand are gen factory replaced. Everything else original. Thank you for any comments or guidance.

Unfortunately your watch has a service dial, this affect sensibly the value. Collectors usually pursue 100% original vintage components..

Yep, and all of the hands ... at least.

Expect a discount compared to a collector's piece. Still, watches with service parts often sell for more than one suspects because not all buyers are collectors, and it's a nice looking watch.
