    These days Omega charges quite a bit for servicing your 1970s 145.022. One way of financing this is to sell what Omega returns on E-Bay. A few decades ago these parts could have gone straight into the rubbish bin as they were worthless, but that has all changed.

    I bought the left-overs (including these tritium hands) off ebay after a service by Omega of a 70s 145.022 and am very happy indeed with what I got for the price of a service by Omega. How times have changed!

    Only problem is you end up with a vintage Speedmaster with modern superluminova hands. I would rather keep the originals to put back on.
