How to remove (non-threaded) pushers of a Speedmaster Ed White 105.003-63?

Hello everyone

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas

I recently received an Omega Speedmaster for service and I am not sure how to disassemble both pushers from the case. The pushers are non-threaded and don’t have a screw slot to unwind the screw. I added some pictures aswell.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
