Hello all,
I just bought the Constellation cal. 1011 and want to open the case back to verify the movement # and case #. Would somebody show me how to do it ? Also the dial is bad, can I replace it with new one ? Thank you in advance and have a nice day!

Yes, I did removed 4 screws, only remove the front crystal out, can not see the movement!! Help someone please....

Didn't know that "spidering" of the dial was that common on this reference...

 

Please take it to someone who knows how to work on these...

 

"screwdriver" i might add: grind or hone the tip to get near 100% contact with the screw slot.
