    Hi All
I recently bought a brand new Speedmaster and I remember the day I got it, it took me around 70 complete turns to wind it fully. But after that day, its gets completely wound in close to 30 turns.
I wind it in the morning everyday somewhere between 7.30 and 8.30 and I turn the crown in the similar fashion everyday. Thank you.

Edit - Attaching a couple of pictures.

That's because the first time you wound it, the mainspring was discharged. Now since you wind it every day in the morning it is half discharged.
    Keep it going this way.

Is this a question, a statement or a cry for help?

I thought that the title of the thread gave an idea about what my question is which I described in the post. Maybe I will add the same question in the post as well :)

You are doing it right. Mine takes about 80 turns initially and 30 to 35 daily thereafter. It all depends on how big the turns are. Enjoy your Speedy!

English isn't my first language so pardon me if I am missing punctuations.
I am ok as long as I am able to get my point across

The fact that you can write in a language not your own is impressive enough and requires no apology for missed punctuation! Most people in Europe fluently speak at least three languages, sometimes more. The U.S. educational system has much to learn, and plenty to envy!
