No way will I let her run that yet. It's my toy! I bought her a Michael Kors purse to keep her grubby mitts off the SnowBeast.

Next door's is half the size. Mine is Tim the Tool Man Taylor approved. :D

Windy wanted to post it on Facebook to show her friends me playing with my Christmas present. I don't think I cursed once, not even when I pointed the chute into the wind and got a face full of powder. I ::love:: the SnowBeast! We used to park the cars with bumpers touching on the driveway with the nose of one all the way up to the walkway steps so we could save all that shoveling. From now on we're going to park in the street so there's nothing to work around. I'll start both cars and let them run while I blow the snow off the driveway, then brush whatever is left of the snow off the cars onto the street and move them back onto the driveway.

What watch was used during that historical snow walk?

Gotta buy one quick before the prices on them go ballistic! ::jumpy::

Don't they make an attachment so that you can just vacuum the snow off of the cars to save getting your hands cold?

    That would be pretty cool!

BTW, My boss trumped me - I joked with the company about why I could open the store at 10 instead of the 11 or 12 that everyone else did, and here's what the head honcho uses to clear snow:

Went to the shops this afternoon, it was 44.5C in the parking lot. Several shops closed due to the temps, that's 112F for Americans out there.

Well the equipments used to clear up are not that impressive :p. Just an excavator and regular snow blower truck (which is rather smallish). They must modify the blower to be able blowing the snow that high.

Unfortunately internet can not channel some of Aussie heat to snow covered area....:p. Otherwise this would be a very very very popular forum.

Leave it to the Japanese to get the sorted and clean. Very impressive.
