It’s gorgeous, no doubt. But not my taste.

And I shudder to think how much such treatment costs.

 

I saw comments on the video and the artist said he needs from 150-300 hours to make an engraving like this.But he didn't say how much would cost.
I assume 3000-5000$.

 

Not sure about the "Adding value" part How to spend more is indeed more accurate in this case !

I do this all the time — I mean, wearing mint DON bezeled Speedmasters. My kids ain’t going to appreciate the difference. To collect is to consume, I've said this before. Might as well enjoy the wine.

Similar but quality is much different. Seen some nice subs before but this one is crazy and a crazy base.

I do think those Magrette are amazing though.

I was thinking about reluming my speedmaster.So my question is to do it or not? Will that reduce value?

 

I think relume is more attractive than no lume at all. I wouldn't guess that a relume of a dial that is already missing it's lume (it looks like that's the case in the photos you posted) would have much affect on the value.
