How many links in an 1998/849

Hi all,

I just picked up a 1998/849 bracelet and it’s snug on my 7.5” wrist (barely can close the clasp).
It currently has 6 links on one side and 7 on the other. How many links would I need to make this full size again?

My guess is 7+end link on one side, 8+end link on the other, but that's just a guess from looking around the interwebs.

Plus, when I read the title of the thread, this is what first came to mind...so don't take my word for it

That would make sense- no half links on this one either- were those included?

Well, I answered my own question with the help of Google.

Looks like 8/9, so I am 4 links short of full length- yikes!

Off to a WTB I go!
