Every month we pick 2 or 3 members to strong arm. We take their lunch money and anything else of value they have on them at the time...... except, of course, their watches.
We pull the hair on their arm, give paper cuts and then pour lemon juice over them, and make them drink slurpees too fast so they get brain freeze. If that doesn't work, we force them to listen to a continuous loop of George Costanza's mother.
