·Yes she certainly does have a nice dial. Looks like the watch has been polished but that's also expected with oldies. 👍

Wrong crown, hour hand seems replaced [Edit: Minute hand, sorry], too much polishing, case corrosion/ damage and the movement - I don't know 😒

·I'd run from that watch simply becase of the case being extremely over-polished. I'd also note that, while not a factor in+of itself, the rotor doesn't look like it matches the movement. A replaced rotor by itself isn't cause for concern, but given the rest of the watch, I agree with @Passover that this looks prepared for sale.
