I recently started buying watches--slowly. Carefully. But am wondering how you stop this thing? Clutch? Brake? Ignition switch? Can someone please advise me?
Have you tried selling yet? If not, give it a try. It might put things into a slightly different perspective.
Oh, now we are getting somewhere....running out of money--that one is like running out of gas and will work. That is one ugly "Omega" "Railmaster" pictured there, Smitty--It should be renamed the "Fraudmaster" --Good Lord.... Yeah, selling. That's an idea, Dan. But I'd like to think, after I get the Speedy, I can, you know, just like stop. I've only got two wrists after all. How many watches does a guy need?
Yeah--my dad used to drill holes in walnuts and filberts and screw them onto the tree just to have fun with the squirrels--they'd not want to eat them there so they'd pull and pull and......it was fun but it didn't stop them from wanting more.
As long as you can't answer this question for yourself, you won't find an answer to your initial question, I guess. Maybe one should ask: How many watches does a guy want? Well, that's much easier to answer.
Well, I pointed out to my wife she has only two feet, how many pairs of shoes does she need? and that got me NO WHERE--so I was hoping you guys, who have been through this before 1,623 times, might have something in the way of sage advice. I am beginning to think maybe there is no stopping this thing....
Tonight, I'm gonna have myself a real good time I feel alive and the world I'll turn it inside out, yeah And floating around in ecstasy So don't stop me now don't stop me 'Cause I'm having a good time, having a good time...
Some try "one watch program", but that only lasts about a week. One suggestion - try buying condition, condition, condition - you will buy less.
Well, whatever you do, don't take advice from @pongster! That dude would get anyone in trouble. (Said with admiration, of course.)
