Isn't this issue just due to the jump hour feature and the hand having play when setting the hour? I have this issue across all my omegas with the jump hour feature. All I do is nudge the hour hand forward or back when setting it via jump hour to get it back in alignment.
The "nudging" thing doesn't work. I went back through to look at some pics. In the first one the alignment is fine. In the other one the minute hand has to get to 15 min past the hour before the hour hand lines up. I've received word from Omega that it's out of spec and will be a warranty repair.
