·I purchased a used (3 years old) Chrono Seamaster Automatic which is a beautiful watch however I have a reoccurring condition that is becoming frustrating. When purchased, it was recognized and sent watch off to certified OMEGA service center here in the Southeast which sends it out to California. They rebuilt the watch including replacement of the movement the first time, service work was around a grand if I remember correctly. Second time occurred about a year later, almost to the date. Sent back in for which the repair show corrected the watch and sent it back. 6 months later and here we go again. Luckily I have not been getting charged for the reoccurring required service however I believe this may stop with the repair shop advising maybe they missed something the past two times. Any suggestions on this? I have other watches that have never had issues over the past 15 years and do not care to be involved with this piece if I need to send it in every year for 2 to 3 months of service time. Your input will be appreciated.
