This lady started walking in my direction this morning. I took a quick video and retreated inside. She has two fawns and I could not see them.

Not much traffic in my favorite thread recently. Here are some photos of a happy Max from last weekend's adventure in the Mt. Zirkel wilderness in Colorado.

Not a pet but large enough that it could be.

Landed three days ago. I am assuming this was its final destination. It has not moved.

Image search shows a Laurel Sphinx Moth.

Photo with my “rescued by Archer” Tissot for scale.

Much tastier than the cat…I would assume. 😉
Especially texture wise on a hot day.

Just got home after driving with my daughter from Austin to Portland with her dog, Miss Moose.

You can see why she's named Moose.

Miss Moose was adopted in November, didn't like men, and was fearful of cars. Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive.

But we soon were buddies, (although the first couple days she continued to bite my rear leg whenever I walked by her.)

and Moose discovered the magical car window.

A few drugs also helped.

Happy to be home

Now we need to work on getting Moose to stop growling and snapping at Geoffrey (poor guy).

Once at 13 pups. Was at 7 dugs. 6 over 13 years old and Timmy the young one at 10.
So the wife gather this lassie, Peggy the pug from another owner that didn’t want any longer. She is whacko, plays nonstop with other dogs since she is only 2
