Just went along a farm track at the side of where we live, with trepidation.

It's only 1/2 a mile to the farm and back, if that, but there were no falling over episodes and no seizures on return.

He's probably had enough of me wrapping him in cotton wool and was glad to get out.

Let me introduce the new addition to my household...Hector.

Last Thursday I took a 6:00am nonstop flight to Atlanta, picked up my new baby, caught another nonstop flight home, and was back by 3:00pm that afternoon.

The experience was a bit taxing on the little guy...

...but after a nice long nap he was feeling much better.

He met his new sister and and enjoyed some roughhousing...

And then settled down for a snuggle with me.

Congratulations on your family's new addition and to Hector for his forever home, new sister, and new family! That's awesome.

Thank you! I am so thrilled to have him and he's doing really well. Daphne is being really patient and not the least bit territorial. It's always helpful to have a mature dog to show the baby what to do.

He's a cracker and is really enjoying playing with his sister😀

We are having a Spring snowstorm today, so I bundled up and took Max for a walk. As we passed his best friend's house, Cookie saw him and came out to play on the deserted disc-golf course.

Spring snow storms in Colorado, pushing 70 F this weekend. Both look fun, but I don't mind feeling the sun for a change. Neither do the critters.

Not a weather thread, but it was 65F and sunny earlier this week. 🤨

We had a new roof installed on Tuesday. Miss Nala was not pleased. Lotsa skylights so she was barking at the guys on the roof.
