Good to hear that she is ok and not afraid to leave the house, and a like for these lovely eyes.

 

Adopted by this little one whilst on holiday, waiting for me in the morning and never far away all day despite my boys
I am sure not everyone agrees but I make a point of never feeding strays but it did not seem to make a difference.

 

Tiring morning for Chunky who's just been to his first OF mini GTG with Phil aka @Peemacgee . He managed to work his magic on all the females in the venue who kept on coming over to stroke him. Now time for a sleep in the car.

I used to say to any of the apprentices who were complaining about never meeting any of the fairer sex that they should get themselves a dog, preferably a puppy, babe magnets

Many years ago when I used to do a bit of shooting I had a black Lab for working, when she was a pup I had her out and about as soon as she was able and as a result I would wait outside shops for the good lady and without fail whenever she eventually returned I would be talking away with some girls
I suspect it all helped cut down on her shopping time

 

Sure I posted some images away back in the mists of time but here she is as a pup and with her best pal, apart from me I hope

This is also going back in time, actually thirty six years ago to remember my unforgettable " Henry" who stole the heart of every lady he met.

Hence the saying that a dog has an owner, but a cat choses you! Sorry, but I am a convicted cat lover. I even stole my cat's name the day I stopped lurking and joined here, he is the true McKinley and now the truth and my secret is out. LOL

 

Looks like someone I know...or rather knew.

 

We are lucky, McKinley is all white, but he is not deaf, as a lot of all white cats are. He does however have one blue and one brown eye. As you can tell from his pose, leaned up against my leg and the look on his face he is very cool though. And he can be quite cute.
