No sign of Spring here, and Max couldn't be happier about it. Given the poor weather and road conditions, I figured the leash police wouldn't be patrolling today.
Remi had blood in his urine this morning...off to the vet with a urine sample. My wife actually caught the kidney stone in the sample...what luck.
He's now resting (more) comfortably. Photo for a few days ago, but he doesn't look much different now...
Sincerely hope all goes well, my old pal is visiting the vets in the morning for a checkup and sadly we will have to discuss his lack of bladder control but more importantly today blood traces are visible.
In the UK most cat doors (cat flaps) are digital and without the code you shall not pass. Old boy is chipped but Young Girl never got the keys to the castle - but she gets 10/10 for effort every morning. She try’s to tailgate old boy - it is like Ali Baba and the forty thieves... open says me / open seas me / open sesame - she can’t get her head round it so goes for the battering ram technique. With her extra Xmas pounds I don’t know how long the catch will hold, but equally as per the @Walrus story will she fit :0) - we continue to encourage her back to her new home but she is damn cute...and knows it ;0)

At the butcher... Neo's favourite shop! He always gets something... Then, he mostly does it too at the coffee shop, at the bakery... He loves shopping with me
I am pretty sure seiko saved my life long streak of never being bit by a dog (other than my own when playing) today. I was helping someone out today and things took a bad turn I had to intervene and I think the dog thought I was hurting it’s owner so the dog, who entertains itself by ripping plastic and possibly metal into little pieces turned on me and went for my left hand. I just bopped him in the nose with the seiko and he changed his path just grabbed my shirt in his mouth. Within seconds control was regained, dog, myself and all other parties fine and friendly but I’m pretty sure if I had a dress watch on today I would no longer be saying “I’ve never been bit by a dog” damn I’m glad I wore a tortoise today
My eldest son and his longtime girlfriend/partner just brought this little guy home last night….yet unnamed, suggestions welcomed….my wife refers to the little fur-ball as her “kitty grandchild” when talking with my son and his partner…she has never been subtle about her hints…
