Had to take this pic of our Bengal/Leopard, resting her chin on her crossed leg, while sunning herself in the near Spring sunshine.

Remi update - was doing better, but now it appears that the swollen pancreas is causing the bile duct to be blocked, so he's still slightly nauseous. Not coming home today, and might a few more days in treatment by the look of it. 🙁

Thanks! He's doing better today, eating some food, and not appearing to be nauseous.

They sent us a photo...

Waiting for some additional blood tests results right now, to see if the numbers are improving, and if so then maybe make a plan to get him home sometime soon. The ICU vet says he's very alert, watching all the things going on there through the day, and generally seems okay, so if the swelling is going down and the bile is moving, we have a path forward, but the blood tests will tell us that.

Thanks for this update @Archer. I've been thinking about him all day, but trying to resist PMing you to ask. 👍

@Archer ... Catching up on Remi ... he’s a lucky pup to have you folks watching over him. Managing through this time of their lives is rough. May he persevere.

Good news on Remi. Better a safer recovery than a hasty one. I'm sure he is always missing his home and humans.

Early this week, our walking adventures took us to De Haan, small coastal town where Mr. Einstein resided for some time.

Lovely pictures, it reminds me of the Northern California Coastline, where I live.

Eating and alertness are all great signs. Praying for continued improvement for the handsome chap!

Finally...

Maeve missed him too...

Now resting at home, and he'll probably sleep most of the next 2 days as the ICU is active 24/7, so he probably needs some catch up.

Still on quite a few extra meds, but hopefully the worst is behind us and he'll be back to normal soon. Thanks for all the good wishes guys, much appreciated! 👍
