·So two or so weeks into daily IV and a bunch a meds 21 year old super dooper is responding nicely. She actually meowed to go outside yesterday. I was afraid I’d be pumping all this crap into her only to have her wither but she has responded nicely. It’s hard to take a nice picture of her as elderly cats don’t groom for eight hours a day like the younger ones do. We still have a couple of medical mysteries with her but she really doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort. I’m taking it day by day but a month ago we were talking about putting her down. I’m glad my vet came up with some things to try. I do have a twinge of guilt about not continuing the 356 dollar a week med but the vet said she isn’t sure it would work anyway. It only comes in pill form and it is like torture trying to get her to take a pill. The smallest amount on her food and she won’t eat it and when I forced it on her she tries to fight but is so frail it’s just sad all around. But yes, the main reason is 356 dollars a week is just too much to spend on a 21 year old cat. Shit I could rent her a nice place for that or if she came up with the down payment I could put her in a decent house.

·Dude I gotta ask what do you do with one of those things? It’s cute as hec but is it an interactive pet? At 4 this am my cat decided to start meowing into my ear I guess to screw with me. Does a cute little creature like that do any pet things.
lol they are terrible pets and do nothing but it was for the kids for which they lost interest very quickly. He sleeps or poops all day and then as soon as I close my eyes he starts running on his bell-clad wheel (their favorite activity) at full speed until almost about the time I wake up; then back to sleep (of course). More interesting, they poop as they are running on the wheel which makes for interesting cage cleanup which naturally no one will do until I burst an artery in my forehead yelling about it. They also roam about the house and let you know where they were by leaving poop for you.

Nice offer, very fair but I don’t think your cute creature would last that long in my house I have a cat that waits for things like that to walk by..... although the pooping while they run on the wheel sounds like it might be interesting to see once or twice
