We have been fortunate that our dogs have no issue with loud noises like fireworks. My wife was walking Maeve last week and there has been some construction going on to sidewalks in our area. One of the workers was using a gas powered compactor/tamper, and he waited until our dog was right beside him to fire up the unit with part of it on the curb - made one hell of a noise, but our dog didn't even react. He was watching for the reaction...didn't get one...

·@Barking mad we have a jealous cat here. Yours is too cute. This cat goes outside in a thunderstorm. Our formidable boxer would pant, tremble and hide.
