Hi everyone. Somehow, being a vintage guitar nut, I've avoided being a vintage watch nut until recently. After making several rookie errors I wound up with this super groovy Speedmaster 125. I can't want to learn more, not only about this watch but all the others too. Thanks for having me.

A beauty! Which of your guitars will match it best? Photo please!

Stunner! I love that the brushing is intact on the case and bracelet. So often we see these things polished to a lozenge.

Posts like this are why I keep reading this sub-forum. That’s a beautiful example. The first auto-winding chronograph to be chronometer certified. Enjoy!

Congrats! That really is super groovy when matched with your vintage guitars.

Congrats, it’s a cool watch, and a fine example 👍. According to the advert you now qualify as ‘a man of action’.

Does yours have its number, and were these a truly limited, numbered limited edition?

“A man of action” by 1972 standards may be seen as predatory today. We are luckily a little more enlightened these days….a little more- but not much.

No. My case back lacks a number, and from what I've read...its widely assumed they made way more than just 2000 pieces.
