    I think it's a Valjoux 69 but that would have a 10.5"' movement, so 23.5mm.

    Most Heuers have a signed bridge...

    That size is a bit hard to shift, its well under what even skinny men wear, I think the 30mm Patek Ref 96 are really the smallest watch a block can get away with and this is another 2mm under that again.

    The only thing that looks remotely Heuer about this watch is the re-printed "Heuer" on the dial.
