The dial looks fine to me. The price, however, seems a bit high...

By the way, I'm sure you're aware but the case is plated and shows a bit of pitting. The seller does not state it clearly

I say so because I've seen a very nice one that has failed to sell for over a year on a french forum, and the latest price was around 1800€ if I recall correctly...
If you like the watch though, you can throw a cheeky offer, you never know...
