Another superb Heuer found its way in my hands, the beautiful orange dialed Heuer 980.005 with the Eta 2862 automatic movement. This very hard-to-find Heuer diver is a great Christmas gift to myself. I have been searching for one for almost a year and just to satisfy my craving, I bought an NOS orange dial and installed it in my Heuer 844 which I posted here previously. The watch is in very good condition and all original. The 42mm case is dent free and only has minor hairline scratches. The dial is perfect with the lumes developing a warm beige patina which contrasts well with the orange dial.
