    It's a tool watch... you're not supposed to baby it, scratches are part of the look.
    If the hesalite gets badly scratched, you can polish it yourself for free, or get it replaced cheaply (unlike sapphire).

    I don't mind a few scratches as long as they have good stories(sort of like scars).

    I have a story all prepared for the really big scratch that will happen sooner or later...

    I don`t think he is around any more, his only 6 posts are in this tread maybe?

    He might got a bit tired of the plastic fetishists.

    I think it was a good idea, instead of polishing the plastic thinner and thinner with polywatch, just change the tape (Armour shield) and stick a new one on.
