Isn't this the one with the modern replacement bezel? I remember the line about investing in watches instead of the stock market.
Have not seen the previous discussions about this watch, but a few things pop up immediately. The hands are not original and incorrect and the dial and bezel appear to be later replacements.
I think the original post about this watch included a detailed analysis basically amount to precisely that, this isn't a watch that had parts replaced, this is a watch assembled purely to deceive someone.
