I think it would be nice if you introduced yourself and told us all a bit about the watch. Often the advice offered by our experts on this forum is based upon their being able to see important detail. That being the case, it may be a good idea to take some more photographs that are clear, without flash reflection and well defined.👍

·On the case back it says 1417. Google Omega DeVille 1417 and it shows similar watches.
It has a quartz movement and gold plated case. I assume it's a lady's watch? Unfortunately it's not worth much. Maybe 100 quid. Possibly a touch more. A completed listing search on eBay will give you more accurate sales figures.
