    Hi all,
I inherited my granddad’s watch which he bought from Hong Kong in 1968 whilst he was in the RAF. I have the original box, warranty receipt etc, but I can’t find a similar one on the internet, and I would like to know roughly of its value as I need to insure it.

Id like to get it serviced so I can wear it and then pass it on to my nephew in later years.

it is a Seamaster KO 14770. I tried the omega website but couldn’t find it. I have found similar-ish but not with the bracelet and I know it is the original bracelet. Any clues? Thanks in advance. 18A57043-49A8-4D4F-B38F-2AE65A685342.jpeg

Bracelets were point of sale items, meaning the buyer picked what they wanted from the selling agent when purchased, they were supplied to the dealer on a leather strap.
