Help with Vintage Auto Seamaster De Ville

Can anyone help me to find a good watch repair shop or person that could do a full service and repairs as required on a mid 60's Seamster De Ville Auto.
I know the an Omega registered place would do it but a friend of mine recently paid a bill of £550 with a "proper" Omega shop.
I'm really at a loss as where to go.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
