Perfect @Stewart H . I think that is the longest one .I will check with the specs for the 861 movement . But i sure can measure on the picture and can figure out the length . Thanks a lot . I will publish a picture or two of my watch when it's ready . It's a little shy .:)::censored::

I found them at cousinsuk . In the documents .Thanks . But i don't now which is the right length 0.75 or 1.25 extension . The pusher stem they have and that either the 093ST0016 or 093ST0017 .But the extensions for the other is obsolete . So have to manufacture one from some stainless steel on the lathe .

In the documents i can read which is the right pusher for the 145.022 .Why not for all cases ? Where can i find that ? .

This is the text from the documents .
    Examples: a) Ref. 145.0022: – Operating lever 860.1720 with extension 0.75 mm (093ST0025). – Pusher stem for zero action 093ST0016 (4.45 mm). b) Ref. 145.0050: – Operating lever 860.1720 without extension. – Pusher for zero action 093ST0023 (3.75 mm)

Maybe u can answer that @Archer . Does the 145.0022 Moonwatch has the same operating lever in the movement as the Mark II 145.014 ?

Yes, the operating lever is the same on all the movements, however there are 4 extensions available for the operating lever (the lever itself is part number 72218611720):

    093ST0024 - 0.35
    093ST0025 - 0.75
    093ST0026 - 1.25
    093ST0048 - 1.65

If you order the operating lever kit, part number 7221861999, you will get the lever plus all 4 extensions. You then select the extension that is appropriate for the case and pushers you have.

I have never seen a cross reference showing what cases use what length of extensions. I think you need to keep in mind that the people who wrote this documentation assumed it would be viewed by professional watchmakers. Selecting the right length is just a matter of looking at the gap between the pusher and operating lever, and having something that will fill that gap and ensure that the pusher can be depressed fully, which is pretty simple to do.

    Cheers, Al

Again, put the movement in the case, measure, and figure it out - it's not rocket surgery or brain science mate! ;)

As I've said, this is easy to do just by measuring, and the brands do not hand you everything you ever need to know on a silver platter. They expect you to use your head to figure things out sometimes - again they are not expecting people who are not professional watchmakers to be doing this sort of work.

If the answer was readily at hand, I would tell you, but you have the movement and presumably the case right in front of you, take 30 seconds and figure it out.

I have gone out of my way to help you with your project mate, so please don't imply I am holding things back on you, because I'm not.

Ok I do not imply anything . I was a little upset with the statement it's not rocket surgery or brain science . You sounded like you got mad becuse i ask to many questions and is an idiot . And that is the last thing i want . I am very greatful for your help you have given me and others. . Ok will do it in the morning and let you now . Ok

Measure was done today . And it is the 0,75 extensions that i need . Will order a zero action pusher stem 093ST0016 . And i think i will machine the extension for the operating lever myself . Could maybe be done from an old balance or something . Have all the dimensions i need . It is the same as on the moonwatch 145.022

I have some longer ones you can cut down if you want them. It would save you some work, but making one would only take a few minutes anyway - up to you. No idea where you are located but you can PM me to see if this is feasible.

    Cheers, Al
