Every single one of those is different than the other. Not just missing (or not) the "600"
I don't know much abut these in particular but I will say just based on those pictures alone the ones that are missing "600" have a date window.
The ones that do say "600" do not.
Not sure if that is a hard/fast rule though. Also, those examples w/ date window and no "600" also have alpha hands. The other, baton and not even the same baton.
Also watch out for re-dials. But none of these are super obvious to me in this case, at least not with these pictures.
I'm also still learning so I'm taking a stab at this for fun (and correction).
First picture, wrong case. 2nd and 3rd, may be all correct, but again "600" and date differences and hand difference (probably due to year produced). 4th picture looks like an entirely wrong hand set.

They are different models. The top one looks like it was originally a Geneve, probably ref. 135.041. Second one is a Seamaster 600, named after the caliber which is 6xx, probably ref. 135.011. Third looks like it’s originally a Seamaster De Ville type case, probably ref. 135.010. The last one is polished to an extreme extend and I can’t identify the case reference.

I believe that some Seamaster 600’s did come with a military dial originally. They are not common though and there are a lot of redials (like the examples you have posted). If you are new to vintage it’s probably best to go for the more common dials or look at watches that where only “military” style watches and not a mix of different dials.

The Omega Ranchero.

Huge minefield for these, lots of redials and franken watches, not a model for the novice.

Typically they are repainted dials with designs that are popular with buyers. Sometimes there is fine print in the listing that says the dial is "refinished", "restored", etc.
